vManager.net is a football/soccer coaching simulation game. An independent game, based on the WebSoccer-Sim simulator.
- In the game, the user can coach a football club, compete in the national championship, the national cup, in addition to being able to compete in an International Cup.
- In addition to coaching clubs, the coach can lead a national team and compete in a World Cup or a continental Cup, such as the EuroCup, Copa América, Asian Cup and African Cup.
Federations have an organizational function within the game system. They serve to subdivide and help organize the community of players, just as they help organize competitions.
The presidents of the Federations have a role as Moderators within the game. They can help newcomers, as they monitor illegal actions that may occur among coaches.
The highest entity in the game is vFIFA, which regulates football around the world.
- vUEFA is responsible for Europe.
- vPANAM - Pan American Organization is responsible for the Americas (Equivalent to CONMEBOL and CONCACAF).
- vAFC - Asian Football Confederation is responsible for Asia.
- vCAF - Confederation of African Football is responsible for Europe.
Each manager can choose 1 club to control. It is possible (by achieving certain objectives) to control a second club. In addition to a selection.
It is possible to leave your current club and seek a new challenge.
Amateur clubs can be renamed, change their shield, uniform, stadium name and even change country and league.

How it works:
-Amateur Club will start:- Players aged between 17 and 20 years.
- $ 1,000,000 (1 million in cash).
- Quality between 40 and 60.
- Can be chosen club name, nickname, city, stadium name, shield and a uniform.
- Club will start in an amateur league in one country.
- ALL coaches active during the current TEST season will receive the right to receive a new amateur club.
- If they do not want to or join after the TEST season, the amateur club (customizable) will have a cost in vCoins.
- Coaches who receive the amateur club will be able to rename the club freely with the Admin. After that, changing club data will have a cost in vCoins.
- League change will be possible for amateur clubs and will have a cost in vCoins too.
- In other words, whoever receives an amateur club now and chooses an amateur league to play in will have no cost, it will be completely free. (Whoever misses this opportunity will have to spend vCoins for this).
- Amateur clubs (with active coaches) will be promoted (if they qualify in the league) to higher leagues automatically.
Example: Brazilian Amateur League will give place to Series B of the Brasileirão. (each country will depend on the number of professional leagues).
- If the coach is inactive for more than 60 days, he will lose his Amateur club.
- The coach will not be allowed to have 2 clubs in the same country.
- Transfers of players between the two clubs will not be allowed (Under-20 only, but within an acceptable value).
- Players may be loaned between the clubs.
Your club can have up to 50 players.
- SELL PLAYERS
You can sell players at any time by clicking the "Sell" button next to the player. Then, you enter a minimum bid. The player will be transferred to the transfer market and other users can bid for him. As long as the player is not sold, he will remain on your team.
⚠️ Please note that you cannot remove a player from the transfer market at any time< after adding them.
- DISPENSE PLAYERS
You can release players that you no longer want to be part of the club. They will automatically go to the Transfer Market and be able to sign with any club at zero cost.
⚠️ When releasing a player, the club will need to pay a contract termination equivalent to 10 times the player's salary. Example: If a player receives $10,000 per game, his club will pay $100,000 in contract termination.
- RENEW CONTRACTS
Players whose contracts are about to expire and can be extended will be marked in red and with a danger sign in the overview. A "Renew Contract" button also appears. When you click this button, you will be taken to a contract extension negotiation page. Renewing a contract is very important to increase the player's morale and prevent him from not accepting to renew with his club.
⚠️ If the player is out of contract at the end of the season, he will be sent to the transfer market and will be free to sign with any club. If your club has fewer than 17 players, you may be fired.
- CHOOSE A CAPTAIN FOR THE TEAM
The Captain can improve team morale when his team is doing poorly during a match. The more experience a player has, the more respected he will be by other players.
⚠️ Be careful if you want to change the Captain. Your current Captain might get mad at you.
Clubs can build structures to improve player performance, raise more money and find better players for the Under-20s.
Each club structure will have a cost to build, and the time required to complete the construction. In addition to generating income or expenses for each club game.
Each club has its own stadium. And it can be expanded to attract more audiences and consequently generate more revenue.
NOTE: Expansion of the stadium will have a high cost (just like in real life) and may take a long time to complete. The larger the stadium, the greater the cost and extension period.
At the stadium you can determine ticket prices. But ⚠️ ATTENTION, if prices get too high, the stadium will be empty.
When you take over a club, you are responsible for its finances. ⚠️ And at the end of the season, it's possible that the managers will fire you if you put the club in too much debt.
Choose a Sponsorship and guarantee a minimum income for each game. You can receive bonuses for home games or if you win the championship.
A valid contract with a sponsor cannot be canceled before the contract ends.
Train your team every day. You can increase your players' Game Pace, Technique, Morale and Energy.
How to train your team:
Choose an Assistant and choose the number of training sessions.
After hiring an Assistant, you choose the intensity of the training and your focus (Game Pace, Technique, Morale and Energy).
CLick the "Conduct Training" button. Players will automatically carry out training and the result will be available.
NOTE:You cannot perform training during a match.
How to choose an Assistant
"Training Effectiveness" indicates the success that the Assistant will have training your team. For example, "60% Effectiveness" means that the Assistant will have a 60% chance of improving something in the players and a 40% chance of improving nothing.
Executing Training
When executing a Training Session, players' strengths will be improved according to the effectiveness of the coach and the configured Intensity. The greater the intensity, the more Energy your players will lose, but the greater the chance of improvement.
⚠️ Injured players will not train Game Rhythm and Technique. They will only have their Energy regenerated and/or their Morale will increase.
The Transfer Market works with an auction system where the player is FOR SALE for 3 days and the club that makes the highest bid for him, signs the player at the end of this auction.
- If no proposal is made by the player, he remains at the club and leaves the Transfer Market, requiring him to be put up for sale again.
⚠️ You can make 3 transfers between two clubs.

Jogadores Sub-20 são mais simples que os pofissionais. Eles possuem posição, idade, qualidade e salário.
Sobre as posições, os jogadores escolhem um setor do campo, entre estes: GOLEIRO, DEFESA, MEIO CAMPO ou ATAQUE.
Ao ser promovido ao profissional, o treinador escolhe a posição específica onde ele vai atuar.
⚠️ O ganho de QUALIDADE do jogador Sub-20 é diferente do profissional. Aqui ele ganha (ou perde) qualidade de acordo com o desempenho dele na partida. Podendo ganhar ou perder de 1% a 2% de QUALIDADE por jogo. Ou até não mudar.
Todas as ligas existentes possuem 20 clubes.
Cada clube joga 38 partidas por temporada na liga. 19 jogos em casa e 19 jogos fora.
O sistema é simples, quem soma mais pontos ao final destes 38 jogos é campeão. Cada liga pode levar os clubes mais bem posicionados à competições internacionais como Champions Cup, Europe Cup, etc.
Os pior clubes de cada Liga pode ser rebaixado para uma liga inferios, dependendo da liga.
Os jogos das Ligas ocorrem sempre aos fins de semana. Cada liga possui um horário exclusivo onde os jogos são disputados sempre no mesmo dia da semana e horário.
EXEMPLO: Premier League sempre aos domingos às 16:00hs.
As copas normalmente são jogadas no meio de semana. Sendo elas SuperCopa, Copa Nacional, Copa Continental e Copa Mundial de Clubes.

- Copas Continentais - Na Europa (Champions Cup e Europe Cup). Na América (America Champions Cup e America Cup). Na Asia (Asia Champions Cup) e na Africa (Africa Champions Cup).
- Copas Nacionais - As Ligas Nacionais possuem uma Copa Nacional (como Copa da Inglaterra, Copa do Brasil, Copa da França, etc.)
- SuperCopas - Jogada sempre no início da temporada entre o Campeão Nacional e o Campeão da Copa Nacional da temporada anterior.
As seleções jogam a Nations League (ou Liga das Nações). É adotado o sistema de Ligas, com 20 seleções em cada Liga e com sistema de rebaixamento e promoção. Os jogos são sempre às sextas-feiras.
Durante a temporada, as seleções jogam Eliminatórias Continentais para as copas continentais e Copa do Mundo. Sempre jogada às Segundas-feiras.

- Copa do Mundo - Disputada sempre em ano par (2024,2026,2028, etc.) por 32 seleções.
- Copas Continentais Sempre disputada em ano ímpar (2023, 2025, 2027, etc.) - Na Europa (EuroCup). Na América (Copa America). Na Asia (Asia Cup of Nations) e na Africa (Africa Cup of Nations).
VELOCIDADE - Demonstra a velocidade máxima que o jogador consegue atingir. É claro que com a posse de bola sua velocidade máxima é um pouco menor do que quando está sem a bola.
FORÇA - Mostra o quanto o jogador é forte fisicamente, facilitando que consiga ganhar disputas no corpo.
CRIATIVIDADE - Jogadores criativos e imprevisíveis tendem a encontrar passes que a defesa não espera, driblar em pouco espaço e conseguir criar oportunidades do nada.
FINALIZAÇÃO - Qualidade do jogador em acertar o gol, tirando a chance de defesa do goleiro, em uma finalização de jogada. O jogador tem mais chances de fazer gol.
DRIBLE - Capacidade do jogador de manter o controle da bola enquanto está correndo com ela em posse e passar pelo adversário.
TRABALHO EM EQUIPE - Reflete o quão bom é esse jogador como elemento integrante da equipe, o quanto está disposto a contribuir com os colegas de time. Também está diretamente ligado a capacidade do jogador para seguir instruções táticas.
IMPULSÃO - Representa a altura que o jogador consegue saltar. O quão alto ele consegue chegar em uma disputa aérea. Aqui, além dos atributos relacionados, também é importante considerar a altura do atleta, ela não irá afetar o atributo em si, mas jogadores com a mesma impulsão e altura diferente chegarão mais alto no somatório do alcance aéreo.
BRAVURA (Raça) - Esse atributo poderia ser traduzido como “raça”. Reflete o quanto um jogador de dedica a ganhar uma disputa com o adversário, sem se preocupar, inclusive, com a possibilidade de sofrer alguma lesão com isso.
CONCENTRAÇAO - Indica que consegue se manter atento durante o jogo, concentrado no que precisa executar em campo. Jogadores com baixa concentração tendem a cometer mais erros, principalmente nos finais dos jogos.
PASSE - Este jogador possui uma capacidade acima da média de acertar os passes.
MARCAÇAO - Efetividade que o jogador possui em marcar de perto um oponente e capacidade de se posicionar e marcar uma determinada área do campo quando não está fazendo marcação individual.
